Thursday, September 21st, 2006 by KibitzerRecent disclosures that the board at Hewlett Packard has acted more like a spy agency than a corporate board by spying on their own members and on journalists hasn’t impacted their share price until recently, when the possibility that their CEO might be involved (and thus distract him from management of the company) presumably caused a sudden drop in the share price.
The whole situation raises a number of interesting questions.
